Are your cakes Halal-certified?

Yes, all our cakes are MUIS Halal-certified and suitable for Muslim consumption.

Can I order online and schedule my delivery?

Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.

Do you have a cake shop I can visit?

Yes, you can find our shop locations, map, and operating hours on our Locations page.

How long can the cakes and pastries last?

Cakes can last 1 day at room temperature and 2–3 days in the fridge. Pastries such as brownies, eclairs, and cheesecakes should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery as room temperature may cause them to melt. They can be kept for 2–3 days in the fridge.

Please note that our bakes do not contain preservatives, so they have a shorter shelf life.

How much is the delivery fee?

Islandwide Delivery Services

  • Standard Delivery ($15): 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above $150!
  • Timed Delivery ($25): Choose a specific slot (e.g., 9 AM – 11 AM).
  • Early Bird Delivery ($35): Special 8 AM – 9 AM slot available upon request.
What is your self-pickup policy?

You can select your preferred pickup outlet and timeslot during checkout. Cakes not collected within 24 hours will be disposed of for hygiene reasons.

Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Yes, we do. Please contact us via WhatsApp +65 9234 3500 (whatsapp only, no calls) for bulk orders or corporate events.

What payment methods do you accept?
  • PayNow: Available directly at checkout for instant payment.
  • 30-Day Credit Term: Subject to approval. Please WhatsApp us to apply and place your order.
  • Vendors@Gov: We are registered vendors! You can order online and select 'Vendors@Gov' at checkout. We'll contact you once we receive it! You can also just message us here on WhatsApp, and we’ll handle the corporate booking for you.
