Customers can browse our menu on the website and select the products they wish to order.

Orders will be ready for collection at the selected outlet during the time slot chosen by the customer.

Any orders not collected within 24 hours will be disposed of to maintain hygiene and quality standards. Cakes left uncollected beyond this period may no longer meet freshness standards. In cases where the holding period is extended, the same level of quality cannot be guaranteed.

If you are unable to pick up your order within the 24-hour window, please inform us as soon as possible. We will try to assist in finding a solution. If no alternative arrangements are made and the order remains uncollected, it will be considered forfeited and disposed of.

Changes to the scheduled pickup are allowed but must be made at least 24 hours before the original pickup slot.
