If your cake arrives damaged or in poor condition (e.g., melted, broken, defective), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it. Send a clear photo or video of the issue via WhatsApp to +65 9234 3500.
We will review the case and respond within 24 hours.
If you find a foreign object in your item, stop consumption immediately. Send a clear photo of the object together with your order number. We will review and respond within 24 hours.
If the items in your order are incorrect (e.g., wrong item or quantity), inform us within 2 hours. Provide a clear photo of the items received along with your order number.
Items must be unconsumed and in the same condition as received for refund or replacement eligibility. We will discuss whether a refund or replacement will be arranged.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. If a cancellation is required due to special circumstances, contact us by email or WhatsApp at +65 9234 3500. We will review the situation and advise accordingly.
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your request. You will be informed if the refund is approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
For changes such as delivery date or address, notify us via WhatsApp or email at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery.
If redelivery is needed, an additional delivery fee will apply.
If orders are not collected by the end of the selected working day, the items will be disposed of. No refund will be provided.
