Cakes can last 1 day at room temperature and 2–3 days in the fridge. Pastries such as brownies, eclairs, and cheesecakes should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery as room temperature may cause them to melt. They can be kept for 2–3 days in the fridge.
Please note that our bakes do not contain preservatives, so they have a shorter shelf life.
