Shipping & Delivery Policy
Customers must inform J&C Bakery if an order needs to be delivered at a specific or fixed time outside our standard delivery hours. Additional charges may apply at the discretion of J&C Bakery.
Any changes to the delivery date, time, or order details must be communicated to J&C Bakery via WhatsApp or direct call at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery. Upon receiving a change request, J&C Bakery will confirm and arrange the delivery accordingly.
If the customer does not notify J&C Bakery of changes as required, we are not responsible for failed deliveries or for any issues with the freshness or completeness of the food due to delays, prolonged transportation, or exposure to inappropriate storage conditions.
Failed delivery scenarios may include:
The driver cannot locate the address or cannot reach the recipient due to unclear address details, missing house numbers, or contact information.
No one is available at the delivery location to receive the order, including situations where guards or building staff refuse to accept the delivery.
J&C Bakery will attempt to contact the recipient. If delivery fails, the driver may leave the order at the correct doorstep or return it to our store. The customer is responsible for any delivery costs, including reattempted deliveries.
Additional charges may apply for rescheduling deliveries less than 24 hours before the original delivery time or after the scheduled time.
J&C Bakery does not provide replacements, refunds, discounts, or other compensation for delivery failures caused by the customer’s negligence.
Delivery to buildings requiring security access (apartments, condominiums, malls, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, office towers, etc.) may be limited by our delivery partner. The driver may leave the order at the lobby or designated drop-off point. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to collect the order.
If multiple items have different delivery dates or addresses, please place separate orders. Additional charges may apply if this is not done.
Orders are non-refundable once delivered.
Exceptional cases may be considered upon request. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
Any changes to the delivery date or time must be notified and confirmed with our staff at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. Failure to do so may result in failed delivery, and J&C Bakery is not responsible for the condition of the food in such cases.
