Our eclairs and puffs are made fresh with no preservatives. They can be kept at room temperature for up to 4 hours (in a cool area to prevent melting) and refrigerated for up to 4 days. Please store and handle them carefully to keep them fresh.
Durian Puffs – Since we use fresh durian puree, they can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 hours only to prevent spoilage.
